I support high-functioning adults who are navigating complex challenges such as burnout, trauma, and neurodivergence. My individual work is ideal for individuals seeking a private, label-free space to move beyond “functional freeze” and into sustainable emotional regulation and clarity.

I work with partners who want to break unhealthy relationship patterns and rebuild secure attachment. My approach is particularly effective for neurodiverse couples, couples who are in burnout and couples who experienced childhood trauma, helping you translate different emotional languages into a shared connection.

Emigration brings a unique set of psychological pressures—from isolation and guilt to shifts in identity. I provide culturally grounded support to South Africans living abroad (UK, UAE, USA, Europe), offering a “home base” where you don’t have to explain your context to be understood.

I partner with organizations to move mental health beyond a “tick-box” exercise. Through workshops and consulting, I help leadership teams address burnout, support neurodiversity, and build the psychological safety required for sustainable high performance.
Burnout is not simply “needing a holiday”; it is a state of central nervous system dysregulation. I work with high-functioning individuals who often feel trapped in a cycle of “push and crash”—maintaining high performance outwardly while running on empty internally. We move beyond standard stress management techniques to address the physiological roots of your exhaustion. By understanding your nervous system’s “survival mode,” we can shift you from a state of functional freeze or hyper-arousal back into a sustainable rhythm of regulation and clarity.
Feeling fatigued and tired even after a full night's rest
Racing thoughts, brain fog, and difficulty concentrating
Procrastination or a sudden decrease in productivity or motivation
Feeling overwhelmed to the point of checking out or feeling "nothing."
Feeling like you are living in a constant state of "fight or flight" anxiety
Trauma is not just what happened to you; it is what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you. Whether you are navigating the aftermath of narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, or a chaotic upbringing, these experiences often leave deep imprints on your self-worth and ability to trust. My approach focuses on how these past wounds show up in your present life—often as people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a feeling of disconnection from your own body. We work together to rebuild your sense of self, establishing safety so you can stop surviving and start living authentically.
A negative sense of self or feeling unsure of who you really are.
Usually because of difficulty in trusting others and or a fear of abandonment
A tendency to prioritize others' needs over your own, to ensure your own safety.
Or disassociation. Feeling dissociated or disconnected from your body and or reality.
Persistent negative self-talk and low self-esteem or low self-worth
I offer a neuro-affirming space that recognizes neurodivergence not as a deficit, but as a different operating system. Many of my clients are high-functioning, logical thinkers who have spent years “masking” to fit into a neurotypical world—often leading to exhaustion and burnout. Whether you are formally diagnosed or self-identifying, we work with your brain’s unique wiring. We focus on practical strategies for executive function, sensory regulation, and emotional intensity, helping you build a life that supports your strengths rather than fighting against your nature.
You are a critical, logical thinker who enjoys patterns, systems, and structure.
You experience emotions deeply and intensely, even if you struggle to express them.
Struggling to finish mundane tasks but hyper-focusing for hours on specific interests
Feeling easily overstimulated by light, sound, or chaotic environments such as multiple conversations at once
Such as being perceived as "lacking empathy", no patience for small talk and can often experience masking fatigue (a loss of interest or motivation caused by the effort of fitting in)
Relationships are the mirror in which our deepest patterns are reflected. My couples work is distinct because it integrates an understanding of trauma, attachment styles, and neurodivergence. We don’t just argue about “who did what”; we look at the underlying wiring. How does one partner’s ADHD impact the other’s need for structure? How does past trauma trigger current conflict? I provide a structured space to decode these dynamics, helping you move from codependency and conflict into secure, conscious connection
Understanding how psychological make up, neurodivergence and trauma affect your connection.
Understanding and healing past wounds that are resurfacing in your current relationship.
Understanding how you perceive attachment and connection, and healing unhealthy patterns.
Identifying and healing toxic loops, codependency, and blended family challenges.
Learning to set healthy limits without guilt
High performance should not come at the cost of employee well-being. I partner with forward-thinking companies to provide mental health support that is clinically grounded and practically applicable. My corporate services move beyond generic “wellness days” to address the real challenges of the modern workplace: burnout, neurodiversity inclusion, and psychological safety. By equipping your team with the tools to regulate and communicate, we build resilience that benefits both the individual and the bottom line.
